SceneWish User Guide

Start from an effect or prompt, check credits, generate a video and manage your results.

Find a video you want to make

Browse the homepage and video templates to watch examples and choose an idea. Open an example or template to inspect the effect and its creation recipe. Selecting a recipe prepares the creator; it does not submit a task or spend credits. Results vary between generations, even with the same recipe.

For your own idea, use Text to Video. To animate a photo, use Image to Video. You can browse before signing in; account access is needed for private uploads, generations and your library.

Prepare your inputs

Upload media you own or have permission to use, or select compatible media from your account. Explain the action, subject and camera movement in the prompt. With image input, keep the description consistent with the photo and make the intended movement specific.

The selected model determines the available input roles and limits. A start image guides the beginning of the clip; a start-and-end pair guides both ends; reference inputs guide the subject or style where supported. Video editing, motion transfer, extension, reference audio and refinement are available only for compatible models and source materials. Do not assume every model supports every input or includes generated sound.

Changing a model or mode may change supported settings or require different media. Read any confirmation before applying a change that removes or repurposes selected inputs. Choosing an example does not guarantee the example's original input image is added to your account.

Check the quote before generating

Review the model, duration, aspect ratio, resolution, audio setting and credit quote shown beside the generation action. Available choices and prices depend on the current model and selected inputs. Changing settings can refresh the quote.

See Pricing for subscriptions and one-time packs and Credits for your balance and transactions. Free or promotional credits have their own limits and expiry; a displayed balance does not bypass a daily usage limit. Uploading or preparing a draft is not the same as submitting a generation.

Submit once and follow the task

Press the generation action only when your inputs and quote are ready. An accepted task charges its quoted credits. Watch the actual status in the creation area; generation time varies and the service does not provide a guaranteed completion time.

If a request is pending or its acceptance is being checked, follow that task instead of repeatedly creating new ones. Refreshing or returning to the task is different from submitting another generation. New submissions can create new chargeable tasks.

A task confirmed as failed or canceled returns its charged credits. A completed result may still differ from your expectations. For a missing credit return, an unresolved task or a saved-result problem, note the task ID and contact support. A task-credit return is separate from a cash refund.

Preview, download and reuse

Play a completed video and check its motion, appearance and sound before sharing it. Download available results from the creation area or My Assets. Saving a download lets you upload it to your chosen social platform yourself; SceneWish does not guarantee platform approval, views or earnings.

Your library supports searching, filtering, favorites, titles and archiving. Archive moves an item into an archive collection; it does not delete the stored file. Compatible creations can be reused as inputs, and eligible source tasks may be extended or refined when the model supports it. Keep your own copy of important results.

Manage billing and get help

Use Payments for order records, Billing for subscriptions and cancellation, and Profile for supported account details. A cancellation or submitted refund request is not itself a completed refund. Read the Refund Policy for the review process.

For help, email support@scenewish.com or open an account support ticket. Include the task or order ID and error message. Never send passwords or full card details. Before uploading or publishing, review the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
