SceneWish Terms of Service

Rules for accounts, AI video creation, content rights, credits, subscriptions and support.

Last updated: 2026-10-14

Agreement and operator

These terms govern use of SceneWish, operated by 扬帆AI中国有限公司 ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement; if acting for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it. Contact support@scenewish.com with questions.

The Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy explain related rules. The User Guide explains how current features work.

What SceneWish provides

SceneWish helps you discover AI video ideas and make short videos using templates, text and supported media inputs. Depending on the available model and mode, tools may include image-to-video, reference-based generation, video editing, motion transfer, extension or draft refinement. The creator shows the options currently available; an example or mention of a model does not mean every mode is supported.

Third-party models perform generation. Model availability, supported settings and processing times can change. Outputs may differ from examples and contain distorted motion, altered faces, inaccurate details or unexpected sound. We do not guarantee identical results, uninterrupted availability, copyright protection, exclusivity, or social-media reach or earnings. Review outputs before publishing or using them commercially.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not sell access, bypass account restrictions or exploit guest identities, referral rewards or free-credit limits.

Inputs, outputs and permission to process

You retain the rights you have in your inputs. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for images, video, audio, likenesses, voices and other material you submit, including permission for AI processing. Do not assume that a publicly available image or clip is free to reuse.

You grant SceneWish and its processing providers the permission needed to store, transmit and process your inputs and results to fulfill your requested features, serve downloads, maintain your account and resolve support or safety issues. This permission does not by itself authorize using your private creations in our public showcase or advertising.

As between you and SceneWish, we do not claim ownership of your generated output merely because you used the service. Your ability to use an output depends on applicable law, rights in your inputs and any relevant model-provider restrictions. AI output may not be protectable or unique. You are responsible for checking those requirements before personal or commercial distribution; purchasing credits is not a guarantee of third-party clearance.

The SceneWish brand, website software and our original website content remain ours or our licensors'. Access to a public sample does not grant ownership of it.

Content and acceptable use

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not create illegal or exploitative content, violate privacy or intellectual property, impersonate people deceptively, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. Provider safety restrictions also apply. A model accepting a request does not establish that the content is lawful or permitted.

We may restrict a request, remove access to content or suspend an account to address abuse, security incidents, legal obligations or violations. You may contact support to dispute a restriction. Urgent protective action may occur before notice; where appropriate, we will explain the issue without revealing private information or security controls.

Quotes, credits and generation tasks

The creator shows a credit quote for the selected request before submission. Settings such as model, duration, resolution, audio and reference media can change that quote. Accepted tasks consume credits; browsing examples and preparing a recipe do not submit a generation.

A task confirmed as failed or canceled returns its charged credits through the task settlement process. A request whose provider acceptance is uncertain may remain under review until its outcome can be established. Do not repeatedly submit new tasks to resolve a pending one. A completed result that differs from your artistic expectations is not automatically a technical failure. See the Refund Policy for support and the distinction between credit returns and money refunds.

Credits are service units, not money, transferable currency or an investment. Free or promotional credits follow the displayed limits and expiry rules. Purchased credits follow the selected product and order terms. Subscription credits expire with their applicable period; one-time credit packs currently have a 365-day validity period. Check your credit records and purchase details.

Purchases, renewals and cancellation

Prices, billing intervals, credit allocations and available payment methods appear on Pricing and at checkout. Annual subscriptions are billed for the annual amount displayed, even when a monthly equivalent is shown. Payment confirmation is needed before credit fulfillment. A pending order is not proof that credits have been delivered.

Recurring subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms unless canceled. Manage cancellation in Billing, and check the resulting status and effective date. Timing depends on the payment provider and subscription record. Cancellation stops future renewal according to that confirmation; it does not itself refund a past payment. A payment refund also does not itself cancel future renewal. One-time packs do not auto-renew.

Cash refund requests are reviewed individually under our Refund Policy, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Payment processors may have their own checkout and dispute terms.

Storage, availability and account closure

Use My Assets to manage and download available files. Archiving organizes your library and does not delete stored content. Save your own copy of important videos; continued or permanent storage is not guaranteed. Processing, retention and data requests are described in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Cancel any recurring subscription separately and keep confirmation. Suspension or closure does not remove obligations or records that must survive for billing, dispute resolution or applicable law. Mandatory rights and valid refund requests remain subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in your purchase terms. AI content should not be relied on as factual, professional or safety-critical advice. You are responsible for your inputs, permissions and uses of outputs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, reputation or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections. Other websites and third-party services are subject to their own terms.

Changes, disputes and contact

We may update features and these terms. The date above identifies this version; material changes will receive notice where required. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law protects in relation to earlier purchases. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

For a dispute, send the relevant account, order or task details to support@scenewish.com so we can investigate. These terms do not require you to waive a court, remedy or consumer protection available under applicable law. Our Contact page explains what information helps us handle requests.
